If you would like to purchase items in a basket or bag, please visit our Amazon Wish List! When you order off of Amazon from us, your gifts arrive at our office doors within days. If you would like to gift an entire basket or bag, please visit our donation page and designate “other”.
In the “other” box, please write the note “Welcome Basket”, “Friendly Farewell Basket”, “Birthday Bag”, or “Welcome Baby Basket”. If you would like a donation receipt for your purchase, please fill out an E-Receipt.
If you would like to build a basket or bag, please review the list of items included below!
Bags and baskets can be put together at home and donated to our Donation Center during acceptance hours, or we can coordinate a drop-off during the week. If you would like to coordinate a drop-off, please contact our Resource Associate, Jenni, to schedule during our business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm). If you would like to include other items, please check in with Jenni for a list of our highest priority needs at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you would like to donate individually purchased items for a basket or bag in person, we accept these items during our Donation Acceptance Hours!
Please leave a note with your donation indicating which basket you would like to include your gift with (for example, “Friendly Farewell Basket”). Donations are accepted Tuesdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm at 450 Gold Pass Heights! For directions, Visit Here.
“Welcome Baskets” are given to each new family that enter the Family Self-Sufficiency Program. These baskets contain:
- A Crockpot
- Two Fresh Pillows
- Laundry Detergent
- Laundry Basket
- Cleaning Products
“Birthday Bags” are given to families in the program when their child has a birthday! These bags include:
- Gift Bag with Tissue Paper
- Birthday Cake
- Birthday Candles
- A Toy
“Welcome Baby Baskets”
“Welcome Baby Baskets” are given to families with babies due during their time in the Family Self-Sufficiency Program. These baskets include:
- Baby lotion
- Diaper rash ointment
- Baby wash
- Soft toy
- 4 Infant Washcloths
- 2 Bibs
- 2 Rubber Duckies
“Friendly Farewell Baskets”
“Friendly Farewell Baskets” are given to families that have completed their time at Partners in Housing and are moving on to stable housing. These baskets contain items such as:
- Coffee mugs with coffee and tea
- Planters with seeds
- Baskets and totes (that will hold the items)
- Any fun household items that you would take to someone’s housewarming party
We do not accept gifts of alcohol for “Friendly Farewell Baskets”
