Welcome Families of Park Meadows!

2001 Park Meadows 2

Thank you for your patience and support as we begin the management process of the Park Meadows Apartments in January 2023!

Partners in Housing has supported families for over 30 years and has owned the Park Meadows Apartments with the Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust since 2002, and we are familiar with the needs of families living at this property.

We will make every effort to ensure that the transition is as easy and trouble-free for you as possible. Please take a moment to learn about our staff below and take a look at the FAQs for answers to your immediate questions.

As of January of 2023, Partners in Housing has taken over management of the Park Meadows Apartments. This is unrelated to our one year transitional housing program. To participate in  our transitional housing program, specific to families experiencing homelessness, you must apply on our Get Help Page. To learn more information about this program, please call our front desk at (719) 473-8890 during our business hours (M-F, 8:30am-4:30pm).
