Thank you for your patience and support as we begin the management process of the Park Meadows Apartments in January 2023!

Partners in Housing has supported families for over 30 years and has owned the Park Meadows Apartments with the Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust since 2002, and we are familiar with the needs of families living at this property.

We will make every effort to ensure that the transition is as easy and trouble-free for you as possible. Please take a moment to learn about our staff below and take a look at the FAQs for answers to your immediate questions.

As of January of 2023, Partners in Housing has taken over management of the Park Meadows Apartments. This is unrelated to our one year transitional housing program. To participate in  our transitional housing program, specific to families experiencing homelessness, you must apply on our Get Help Page. To learn more information about this program, please call our front desk at (719) 473-8890 during our business hours (M-F, 8:30am-4:30pm).

Abel Tovar

Abel Tovar is the Housing Operations Director for Partners in Housing. He has been with Partners in Housing since 2011. He has compassion and a deep understanding of the housing needs for the community.

Brittnee Sandoval

Brittnee Sandoval is the Property Accounts Manager for Partners in Housing and began working with us in Summer of 2024.

Who is Partners in Housing?

Partners in Housing has been supporting families in Colorado Springs for over 30 years. Partners in Housing and Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust have been the owners of the Park Meadows Apartments since 2002. Partners in Housing is known for our one year transitional housing program called the Family Self-Sufficiency Program. This is unrelated to our Affordable Housing Program, which includes the Park Meadows Apartments and other properties in the Pikes Peak Region.

Will I still have a lease if I am a current resident of Park Meadows?

Yes!

Are the rents going to increase?

Park Meadows will continue to remain an Affordable Community. Households will never pay more than 30% of their income. Partners in Housing is committed to maintaining long-term affordability in Colorado Springs.

How will maintenance work?

Maintenance requests can be made through your tenant portal beginning January 3rd, 2023. There will also be an on-call line available for any after hour emergencies. Absolutely! We look forward to meeting all of you. You are welcome to call and ask for us at (719) 473-8890 or come by the Partners in Housing offices, located at 455 Gold Pass Heights on the Myron Stratton Grounds down the street from Park Meadows Apartments. How will rent payments work?
