1st Annual Achievement Celebration
Spring 2013
Partners celebrated their achievements in the Partners in Housing Program at our 1st Annual Achievement Celebration on March 14th with 150 people in attendance. Recognized were the achievements of adults and children in our program, volunteers for the difference they make in the lives of our families, donors, and board members for their sustained financial support to the families and the staff for their dedication and passion to the mission of Partners in Housing. The Colorado Springs Senior Center proved a great venue.
A delicious buffet of Soup, Salad, & Sandwiches were served by Common Cause Catering. Flowers were donated by 8th Street Walmart and Lowes.
Vice President Judy Zezula and staff volunteered to create activities and brought the supplies to entertain the kids at the beginning of the evening program.
Every person in each group received a flower- many leaving with a beautiful bouquet! Partners with their families were also recognized in our program receiving gifts cards that have been donated by our community of volunteers, donors, board members and staff. Individuals were celebrated and acknowledged for their support of the families we serve and the good work our families are accomplishing!
